What are the key presentation of Atrophic Vaginitis ?

Presents with vaginal dryness, dyspareunia and occasional spotting

What is the treatment of atrophic vaginitis?
A
Treatment is with vaginal lubricants and moisturisers - if these do not help then topical oestrogen cream can be used.
