A
Children exposed to endotoxins are actually healthier (growing up on farms, with pets, etc)

A patient with asthma will usually present with….
A
Cough (worse at night)
Recurrent wheeze
Recurrent difficulty breathing
Recurrent chest tightness
*Some pts do NOT have a wheeze…don’t exclude asthma if they do not have a wheeze
