- Have a forma written program starting compliance and training procedures

16-In reference to SMDS, what responsibility does OSHA place on individual shop shop owners or operators?
The responsibility to have copies of the relevant materials safely data sheets to be readily available to all shop and personnel at all times.
17- What is done with MSDS in cases of chemical injuries?
A copy of the pertinent Data sheet is sent along to the emergency room to ensure proper medical attention.

By allowing for a quick reference in case of spill accounts or injury.
