YMCA step test
Used to measure cardiovascular (aerobic) fitness level. It is based on your heart rate recovery
Davies test
Used to assess upper body agility and stabilization, client is in high plank moving back and forth
Left test
Assessed agility, acceleration, deceleration and neuromuscular control
Rock port walk test
Required to walk 1 mile- this is good for sedentary and/or older individuals
