acting with intent to injure someone, acting forcefully within the rules to achieve ur aim

in boxing if you have the intent of hitting someone you probably will increasing your chance of winning in the match

in tennis a fast/hard shot may improve chances of opponent not being able to return the serve -> win the point
what is it meant by the term motivation
motivation is the drive to succeed or the desire to achieve something

what is intrinsic motivation
the drive that comes from within the performer, performer is driven to achieve something for the feeling it brings them,achieving ur goal results in a feeling of pride self satisfaction or general achievement
what is extrinsic motivation
the drive that comes from striving to achieve a reward, external reward provided by an outside source of a person
what are the two types of extrinsic reward
tangible rewards - things u can touch like money,trophies and medals
intangible rewards - applause
