Simple Assault
A
- ∆ intentionally, knowing, or recklessly causes or attempts to cause bodily injury; OR
- attempts by physical means to put antoer in fear of imminent serious bodily injury

Aggravated Assault
A
- ∆ attempts to cause serious bodily injury to another; and
- intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly causes serious bodily injury under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life

Bodily injury VS serious bodily injury
A
Bodily injury
- impairment of physical condition or substantial pain
Serious bodily injury
- bodily injury that creates a substantial risk of death or causes serious, permanent disfigurement or protracted loss or impairment of the function of any bodily member or organ

Reckless Endangerment of Another Person
A
Recklessly engaging in conduct that places or may place another person in danger of death or bodily injury
Reckless act must actually create a dangerous sitution, not just the perception of a dangerous situation

Terroristic Threats
A
∆ is guilty of terroristic threats where the threats communicate, either directly or indirectly, a threat to: commit any crime of violence with intent to terrorize another

Kidnapping
A
∆ unlawfully either:
- removed another person a substantial distance under the circumstances from the place where he is found; or
- confined another for a substantial period in a place of isolation.
