Chronic inflammatory disease of the spine and sacroilliac joints

A
Diagnosis is clinical MRI Sacroilliatis on x ray. Vertebral syndesmophytes Ankylosis - fusion of vertebra (bamboo spine appearance)

A
Exercise
TNF a-blockers and NSAIDs
