Affects children ~ 10years old, but can get recurrent episodes

Clinical presentation?
A
Cardiovascular: pan carditis
- valvular damage: MR or AR
RHEUMATOLOGICAL
- migratory arthritis: highly responsive to NSAIDs
Chorea
- affects hands feet and TONGUE (darting)
Dermatological
- erythema marginatum
- subcutaneous nodules (aboriginals)
