Legislative branch (congress), Congress is the branch responsible for making the law. Others powers include commerce, taxing, roads, defense, war, citizens, etc.
Article I (1)
Grants the state the authority to determine The role by which They elect the United States senators, and Representatives, unless the United States Congress changes those rules
Article I Section 4
Executive branch, Headed by the president And carries out laws, also includes the vice president and cabinet members.
Article II
Provides that the president is elected by the electoral College.
Article II section I
Judith branch
The branch of the government that reviews the law and interprets the constitution. it includes the Supreme Court and all the lower federal courts.
Article III (3)
National unity
Establishes relationships between the states and the US; procedures for admittance of the new states; full faith and credit clause states must recognize the judicial proceedings and records of the other states.
Article IV (4)
The American process
Amending the US Constitution is a two step process (congress and state legislature) that requires a supermajority because the framer do not want amending to be an easy process
Article V (5)
National supremacy
The supremacy clause makes the constitution the supreme law of the land and states that states cannot pass laws that conflict with federal law.
