Sec 23 [Grounds for Non-registration]

A

The Board won’t register successful applicants if:
- proven by the Board that he/she submitted fake documents during the application for the exam

  • guilty of immoral of dishonorable conduct by the Board
  • medically proven to be a drug or alcohol addict (there is still a chance to acquire the COR if like he/she goes into rehab to eliminate the addictions)
  • proven to be a mentally incapacitated person by the court
