Grave robber law. When someone with no right to do so etc. Opens casket, crypt of interred person and removes body parts of body, remains, any objects
Aggravated cemetery desecration 1st
The 2nd degree aggravated offense escalates to 1st based on prior conviction for all other cemetery desecration
