Knowingly and unlawfully enter or remain in building with intent to commit crime therein.

D - Display what appears to be a pistol etc.

Burglary 1st
PAID+ DIKE. But if display an unloaded pistol there is an affirmative defense.
The aggravating factor may occur -just before,-during, just after burglary
