If the Chief decides to adjust working hours he shall notify WHO in writing of the anticipated adjustment at least how many day prior to implementation.

After being notified by the Chief concerning adjusting working hours, how long does the Association have form the date notified to submit any comments or objections to the proposed changes in writing to the Chief.
