Q

Do we count the goal if the ball is in the control of a player in the act of shooting for a field goal who finishes his shot with a continuous motion which started before the foul?

A

Yes, as long as:
- After a referee blows their whistle the player doesn’t start an entirely new act of shooting.
- During the continuous motion of a player in the act of shooting the game clock or shot clock signal doesn’t sounds.
