ARSON - 1st DEGREE
ELEMENTS:
- a person who willfully and maliciously
- causes an explosion, sets fire to, burns, or causes to be burned or aids, counsels, or procures a burning
- that results in damage to a building, structure, or any property such as dwelling house, churches, schools, plants or warehouses, businesses, institutions, or any structure designed for human occupancy
- which results in either directly or indirectly, in death or serious bodily injury to a person.

ELEMENTS:
A person who commits a violation of the previsions of this who willfully and maliciously…
1. causes an explosion, sets fire to, burns, or causes a burning which results in damage to a building or structure other than those specified in Arson 1 and 2, a railway car, a ship, a boat, or other watercraft, and aircraft, automobile, or other motor vehicle, or personal property; OR
2. aids, counsels, or procures a burning that results in damage to a building or structure other than those specified in Arson 1 and 2, a railway car, a ship, a boat, or other watercraft, and aircraft, automobile, or other motor vehicle, or personal property with intent to destroy or damage by explosion or fire, whether property of one person or another

DISTURBING SCHOOLS
ELEMENTS: An accused
- willfully or unnecessarily
- interferes with or disturbs
- in any way or in any place
- students or teachers of any school or college in this State; OR
- willfully or unnecessarily
- loiters about school or college premises; OR
- willfully or unnecessarily
- acts in an obnoxious manner on any school or college campus; OR
- enters upon school or college premises; OR
- loiters around the premises, except on business
- without the permission of the principle or president in charge.
