Define explosive
Any dynamite, nitroglycerin, black powder, or other similar explosive material, including plastic explosives.
This does not include any type of ammunition, black powder, or component or item use for hand loading purposes

A device that incorporates explosives or destructive, lethal, noxious, pyrotechnic or incendiary chemicals and that is designed to destroy, just figure, terrify or harass

Keeping or storing a quantity greater than 50 pounds of explosives kept in a building/premises within a 1/2 mile of city limits
Keeping percussion caps or blasting powder within 250 feet of a building where explosives are stored
Selling, transporting, possession explosives without having the packaging plainly marked with the name, explosive character and date of manufacture

Deposits explosive with the intent to physically endanger, injure, intimidate or terrify any person by placing it in or near any vehicle, building or place where people inhabit, assemble or frequent.

Misconduct involving simulated explosive devices
Giving or sending another person or placing any private or public place a simulated explosive device with the intent to terrify, intimidate, threaten or harass
The placing or sending of a simulated explosive device without written notice attached that has been rendered inert and is possessed for the purpose of curio or relic collection is prima facie evidence of intent to terrify, intimidate, threaten or harass
