- Failure within 12 months after release:
soldier will be flagged, medically evaluated, and initiation of separation actions. - After 12 months but less than 36 months from release:
soldier will be flagged, medically evaluated, 90 days to meet standard, if no progress after 90 days, initiation of separation actions.
