Starts as a blank cylinder and is carved away to make unidirectional teeth (for scraping stuff out of pulp)
What is a broach file used for?
It’s barbed so it’s used to pull the pulp tissue out of the tooth.

Gates Glidden burs are used to drill a seat in the apex of the root canal. (measurements in mm)

Has great elasticity and memory

02 taper (diameter increases by 0.02mm per 1mm of file length)

Starting at 015: white, yellow, red, blue, green, black
What are the increments of measurement of files past 060?
Increase by 0.10 mm every color
What color handle does a 010 have?
purple (only one)
