O: posterior surface of lateral epicondyle of humerus
I: lateral side of okecranon process and posterior surface of proximal portion of ulna
A: extension and probation of forearm at elbow
N: radial c6-8
Brachioradialis
O: prox 2/3 of lateral supracondylar Ridge of humerus and lateral inter muscular septum
I: lateral side of base of styloid process of radius
A: flex forearm probate and supinate at mid position
N: radial c5-7
Brachialis
O: lower 1/2 of anterior surface of humerus
I: tiberosity and coronoid of ulna
A: flex forearm
N: branch musculocutaneous c5,6 radial c7
Supinator
O: lateral epicondyle of humerus, radial collateral ligament of elbow, annular ligament of radius and supinator crest of ulna
I: oblique line on lateral anterior surface of upper 1/3 of radius
A: supjnates forearm
N: posterior interosseous c5,6
Pronator teres
O: humeral head: common flexor tendon from medial epicondyle of humerus and common flexor tendon
Ulnar head: medial side of coronoid process of ulna
I: middle 1/3 of lateral radius
A: probate forearm and flex elbow
