Prime mover
God ( a cause ) a which actualises the potential in everything else. Isn’t affected by anything or knows about us because if it did it would be part of the loop of time which would make it imperfect
Aristotles several conclusions about the nature of God
- does not depend on anything for its existence
- eternal
- perfectly good
- immaterial, beyond time and space
- final cause of everything that exists in the universe
