an argument is a conclusion supported by a set of premises. the majority of logical reasoning questions contain an argument so it is critical that you get a head start on this concept. in the lesson, we will delve into argumentation in greater detail, but for now, it is important that you can identify the two components of an argument: the premises and the conclusion. it is not expected that you understand the underlying concepts of an argumentation yey, just that you can break arguments down into their components. the following are some trigger words to indicate that a premise or conversely a conclusion will follow.
