by reasonable observation
What’s the difference between an RFP and an
RFQ?
An RFP includes any fees and costs, along with experience.
An RFQ asks for firms to submit their
relevant experience.
What does the AIA G706A – Contractor’s Affidavit Of Release of
Liens signify?
Affidavit that payrolls, bills for materials
and equipment, and other indebtedness have been paid or satisfied. It’s proof of release of all applicable liens – lien releases from subcontractors, vendors
and material suppliers

Do nothing, send them back unchecked.

construction.
