What makes up a project in ArcGIS Pro?
Databases, folders, maps, styles, toolboxes, and layouts
What are the six key components of the Pro user interface?
What does Pro look like?
Ribbon, tab, groups, tools/buttons, views, and panes
What is a ribbon?
It displays functionality through tabs, groups, tools/buttons
What is a tab?
Each one has its own set of tools and buttons organized into groups.
What is a group?
These organize the functionality of tools and buttons on the ribbon.
What is a tool/button?
These execute actions in Pro.
What is a view?
Used for working with maps, scenes, and other data. A project can contain several of these.
What is a pane?
A dockable window. They show contents in the view. The catalog pane accesses all the associated items related to the project.
How can you share content through Pro?
Through the share tab or right-clicking on the layer in the contents pane.
How do you share through the share tab?
Directly to Online or Enterprise. You can also share through a web map, web layer, or package.
