Q

Tell us about a time you learned from a setback

A

What happened: An integration that I created missed some purchase events, and sent “you forgot this in your cart” emails to people who had purchased the item
How I reacted: isolated, fixed, tested and QA’ed the faulty code. Offered the client alternative means of passing purchase data to us
Owned the mistake, prioritized a good solution, and learned from it
