1 1/4 lb. Locally Harvested. Served with drawn butter, broth, and a lemon fork. Serve with a red checker paper bowl for shells. (Bring out bowl of bread from Tavern).

16-18 count locally harvested. Pan roasted with plum tomatoes in a garlic white wine butter sauce. Serve with paper bowl for shells (Get bread from Tavern)
Pan seared Crab Cake
one 5 oz cake of sweet crab meat. light pink crumb stuffing, bell papers
Lobster Cakes
one 5 oz cake pan seared, panko encrusted. spicy mayo (bell papers, onion powder, and garlic)

Buffalo Cauliflower
6 oz, lightly fried, tossed in house buffalo sauce, served over ranch dressing garnished with smoked bleu cheese, diced carrots and celery and sesame seeds

8 each bone in tossed in a garlic soy glaze the drizzled with a sweet Chile glaze (not spicy)

8 each bone in tossed with our garlic parmesan sauce (wings have breading on them)
