Bread Service
Filone Bread (Italian bread with an airy loaf with a crisp crust) is freshly prepared daily and is served with three spread options. Whipped butter, Herbed butter ( rosemary, thyme, parsley) and a Peach Marmalade.
Campfire Chili
Jay’s Chili composes of ground beef, pork, beans, tomato sauce with a dollop of sour cream in the center and chives. Served with a piece of our freshly baked daily cornbread.
Wood Charred Brussel Sproutsk
Caramelized Brussel Sprouts, Blistered Shishito Peppers, micro arugula atop a toasted almond smear.

Fried Green Tomatoes
Crispy and golden brown cornmeal breaded Fried Green Tomatoes, Arugula, and a Burratina cheese ball (Moz ball stuffed with Moz cheese and Cream), with Pesto Arugula. It’s drizzled in a white balsamic glaze.
Smoked Idaho Brook Trout Dip
Warm smoked Trout dip served with Lavosh.
Lavosh- A thin Armenian cracker bread
Mussels
Approximately 30 (1lb) of fresh Mussels sauteed in a white wine butter sauce with a pinch of smoked salt. Comes with a half of grilled Lemon and crostini (french bread) slices. Sauce is then poured over dish.
Wood Oven Dip
Spinach Greens, Tuscan Kale, Artichoke Hearts, Gruyere cheese in a bechamel sauce served with seasoned grilled French bread.
