Discuss the self, the ideal self and congruence.

A

The self is who you are now.
The ideal self is the version of yourself that you hope to be.
Congruence is how much the two are in agreement or how similar they are. If your self and ideal self are too different (incongruent) self actualisation will no be possible due to negative feelings of self worth.
