Primary ACLS survey including airway, breathing, circulation, disability/neuro assessment, exposure
What are the components of an inpatient admission?
History, ROS, PE, assessment, orders and documentation of plan
What is anchoring bias?
Bias caused by believing in the first thing heard or seen to be factually true (avoid this when seeing a pt)
For hospitalized pts how should you list their problems in your note?
In order of importance or urgency; including chronic medical conditions in your assessment is recommended
