Queso Flameado
Melted Monterrey jack and mozzarella cheese with poblano and red peppers spinach, tomatoes, cilantro, mushrooms. Served with 3 flour tortillas and flamed at the table with everclear.
Guacamole
Seasoned avocados blended with onions, tomatoes, gralic, olive oil and salt. Garnished with line, tomatoes and flour chip.
Chile Con queso
Tradition cheese dip made with freshly roasted poblano and Anaheim chilies, onions, red peppers and blended cheese.
Dip Sampler
Three great tastes in one sampler. Sampler comes with traditional chili con queso avocado cream and queso diablo.
Traditional Nachos.
10 large tortilla chips topped with cheese and guest choice of ground beef shredded beef, shredded chicken, bean or combination. Served with lettuce guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and jalapenos.
Seared Tuna
Sushi grande. Ahi tuna prepared with heavy peppered crust. The tuna is seared on each side, Slice and served rare over mixed greens. it is garnished with lemon and honey lime dressing and served with spicy mustard for dipping.
Chicken with Green Chile Quesadilla
Two flur tortillas wfilled with roasted green and red pepers, grilled onions, mushrooms, jack cheese and shaved grilled chicken. Garnished with diced tomatoes and fresh cilantro. Drizzeled with sour cream and served with guacamole sour cream and south west ranch dipping sauce.
Queso Diablo
A twist on our traditional chile con queso. Made with chili con queso mixed with taco meat chili con carne and salsa infierno
Layered Dip
Re fried beans taco meat guacamole topped with chili con queso. Garnished with sour cream and diced tomatoes.
Fajita Nachos
10 large tortilla chips topped with cheese and guest choice of fajita chicken or steak or combination. Served with guacamole sour cream pico de gallo and jalapenos on a bed of lettuce.
