Non-final order (final order is the end of the case)

When is an interlocutory order appealable?
A
If it involves venue, injunctive relief, or certification of a class. Otherwise, only appealable after the lawsuit is over

A
Common law writ. Designed to allow the court of appeals to review the trial court’s opinion where there is no right of appeal
