Ultram
Indication: Tramadol
Uses: Pain
Side Effects: Dizziness, headache, drowsiness, constiaption, nausea
Warnings: Respiratory depression,
Interactions: Do not taking wtih benzos or CNS depressants, or CYPp450 inhibitors
Advair
Generic: Fluitcasone/salmeterol
Indication: Asthma. COPD
Instructions: Open package, and open the lid on the advair diskus. Then push the lever back.exhale compeltely then place the advair on lips and press the button and inhale. hold for 10 seconds. Exhale. Wash mouth with water after to prevent bacterial growth in mouth.
SE: Headache, and upper respiratory tract infection
Warnings, Precautions: oral candidiasis is a concern.
Interactions: Do not combine with beta blockers or other beta agonists
missed dose: use miss dose as soon as your remember. skip if close to time of next dose
Storage: store at room temp
Lopressor
Metoprolol tartrate
Indication: HTN, MI, heart failure
AE: bradycardia, bronchospasm, hypotension
Concerns: Counsel patient against sudden discontinuation of drug.
Drug interactions: Other hypotensive medications,
Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
Suboxone
Generic: Buprenorphine and Naloxone
Indication: treatment of opioid depdendence
Dosing: place in mouth under tongue until it dissolved. do not swallow while dissolving
SE: Headache, pain
Warnings: CNS depression, respiratory depression
Interactions: Alcohol, Opiod analgesics, AIDS medicaions, CNS depressants
Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose

Adderall
Generic: Amphetamine and dextroamphetamine
Indication: ADHD, narcolepsy side effects
Side Effects: Loss of appetite, insomnia, , weight loss,, headache
Warnings: Boxed warning for increase risk of suddenn death for people with cardiac abnormalities. do not take with toher drugs that increase serotonin levels
Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember, but not late in the day. Skip the missed dose if it is almost evening. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
Ambien
Zolpidem
Use: insomnia
side effects: drowiness, headache,
Precautions: Women may metabolize slower than males
Missed dose: skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses. Use this medicine only when you cannot sleep. You do not need to keep a schedule for taking it.

Nasonex
Generic: Mometasone
Indication: Allergies
Dosing: tilt forward, insert into nostril, close one nose. spray and inhale gently, exhale through mouth.
Side Effects: Headache, swelling at back of throat
Duragesic
Generic: fetanyl
Use: Pain Administration: Apply the patch to a dry, flat skin area on your upper arm, chest, or back. remove after 3 days.
Side Effects: Confusion, drowiness, fatigue, constipation, nausea, labored breathing
Warnings: repiratory depression. Increased sun exposure to patch may increase absorption, Keep away from children, may have potential for abuse, not to use in pregnancy,
Interactions: Benzos and other CNS depressants, CYP3A4 inhibitors
Storage: Store at room temp
Cymbalta
Generic: Duloxetine
Indication: Depression and anxiety
Side Effects: Headache, Nausea, dry mouth,
Warnings: May increase risk of suicidal thinking
Interactions: Do not take with MAOI or drugs that increase serotonin
Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.

Generic: Evolocumab
Indication: high Cholesterol
Dosage: let stand for 30 min if refridged. abdomen , thigh, or upperarm. If prefilled syringe do Subcutaneous, once a month
side effects: Nasopharyngitis Warnings: Discontinue if you notice any signs of hypersnsitivity
Missed dose: if less than 7 days, then inject. If over 7 days, then take on next scheduled dose. if on a monthly schedule and over 7 days, then inject dose and start new schedule
