Why is Triple Sec named as such?
The base is triple distilled and the flavour is derived from a strong infusion of unripe (bitter) oranges
What does the term ‘compounding’ mean?
Specifically the adding of flavour to an already distilled base product, either through re-distillation, infusion, percolation or maceration.
What does ‘frappé’ mean?
It refers to serving a beverage with shaved or heavily crushed ice.
