suspects in custody must be informed of their 5th and 6th amendment rights (right to an attorney, right to remain silent)

death penalty is constitutional, but there are some limits (minors & mentally deficient people can’t receive death penalty)
exclusionary rule
evidence illegaly seized by law enforcement officers can’t be used against a suspect in criminal prosecution
