FCC gets call from requesting agency
FCC checks with Duty Chief
FCC contacts STEM
STEM contacts captains in strike team
Information given to FCC from requesting agency
Requesting agency name Agreement we are going under IA IN or PN Order number Incident name and location Travel and Comms Responding location and time
What resources are dispatched for immediate need or initial action
The 5 closest engines based on travel
What is the process for Cal OES strike team
Duty Chief talks to Operational area
Prefer to send a medic engine
If OES rig is out of service we will replace it with another engine
If you are going to be delayed when responding to a mutual aid response, who do you notify?
FCC who also will notify Duty Chief
