Maslow’s hierarchy of needs
Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is a motivation theory that suggests employees have five
fundamental needs which they strive to fulfil in a set order.
Physiological needs
Physiological needs are the basic requirements for human survival, such as food, water
and shelter.

employee keeping their job.

Intrinsic motivation is a drive that
comes from within an individual.
