A

Asymptomatic to deep, diffuse cp radiating to the interscapular area, angina, hoarsness, distended neck veins and possible edema to head and arms.

A
Most serious rupture
Severe back pain
hypovolemic shock

Collaborative care

A

Goal is to prevent the aneurysm from rupturing

  1. Surgery: aorta is cross clamped, so evaluating organ perfusion post op is essential
  2. Endovascular graft procedure
