A
Asymptomatic to deep, diffuse cp radiating to the interscapular area, angina, hoarsness, distended neck veins and possible edema to head and arms.

A
Most serious rupture Severe back pain hypovolemic shock tachycardia hypotension decreased LOC Abdominal tenderness

Collaborative care
A
Goal is to prevent the aneurysm from rupturing
- Surgery: aorta is cross clamped, so evaluating organ perfusion post op is essential
- Endovascular graft procedure
