What is the difference between aclampsa and pre aclampsa
Pre aclampsa is when there is a sudden spike in blood pressure
Eclampsia is more severe and as a result of further rising blood pressure, this leads too seizures or a coma
What is angina
Attacks of chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart
Normal cause is arteries supplying blood to the heart muscles becoming narrowed and thin due to a build up in fatty acids
What is the difference between stable and unstable angina
Stable angina is when the attacks have a trigger such as stress or exercise
Unstable is attacks are more unpredictable and can continue despite resting
What is heart failure
Heart failure is where the heart is unable to pump blood around the body properly and needs treatments to help it work

Placental previa
Placenta abruption
Marginal hem
Vasa previa
Lower genital tract

Vagina
What is post parteum hem
Significant blood loss after giving birth
Causes Tone Trauma Tissue Thrombin
Placental abruption
Separation of placenta with associated bleeding from exposed vessels
Reduced functional area of placenta
Can be following trauma or spontaneous
(Direct abdo pain or deceleration/ seat belt injury)
Typically associated with abdo and urine tenderness/irritability
Concerned vs revealed abruption
What’s coronary artist dosease

Ischémic hear dease
What’s a heart attack
Blockage ti the arteries
What’s heart failure
Hypertension
Cardiomyopathy
Coronary heart disease
Unable to maintain a strong blood flow
What’s right sided heart failure
Blood back up in other tissues
Usually results from left sided
What’s left sided heart failure
Blood can of pump from the heart leading to fluid loggg uo in the lungs and pulmonary odema
