    • Topical + IV (suppressed HIV, transplant, invasive disease)

  • Highly alkaline, teratogenic, carcinogenic

Special Considerations:

  • Hydrate aggressively
  • Monitor renal function + adjust accordingly
  • Avoid direct skin contact
