Starts small at fingers/toes and grows in size/strength at elbows/knees
Ting Well, Ying Spring, Shu Stream, Jing River, He Sea
Ting Well (Jing Well)
Fingers & toes
For fullness below the heart, stroke, mental irritation, XS and Heat conditions, loss of consciousness, convulsions
Ying Spring
Hands & feet
For Heat in the body, heart pathogen, febrile disease (fevers), changes in complexion
Shu Stream
Most important point on their channel (Yin source points and Shu Stream points are the same)
For heaviness of the body and pain in joints
Jing River
Wrists & ankles
For cough & dyspnea, chills & fever
He Sea
Elbows and knees
For counterflow qi (rebellion) and diarrhea, disease of the stomach, diseases of skin
Lower He Sea Points
3 Hand Channels that go up (L.I., S.I., SJ)
Treat digestion issues & urinary retention
L.I. -> St-37
S.I. -> St-39
SJ -> Bl-39
