FBC, U&E, blood lipids, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, weight, ECG, LFT’s, prolactin

hyperthermia muscle rigidity fluctuating levels of consciousness tachycardia labile blood pressure

A
start of therapy. 6 months in then annually
