Nitroglycerin

A

Typical start dose is 25 mcg/min with a max of 200 mcg/min (titration 25 mcg/min q5min)

For flash pulmonary edema, start at 100-200 mcg/min and titrate up (to Max 400+) by 50-100 q3-5 min

A

Start at 5mg/h. Titrate 2.5 mg/h q5 min to max of 15 mg/h.

Once goal is reached, decrease to 3mg/h
