SE = phototoxicity and hepatotoxicity
Causes pre-malignant lesions or skin cancer.
Avoid direct sunlight/sunlamps
High factor SPF
Carry alert card
Monitoring = renal + hepatic. hepatic = weekly for 1 month, then monthly

Amphotericin-B

Answer 4

Used for serious fungal infections
SE = Nephrotoxicity
IV = Anaphylaxis, therefore do test dose and monitor for 30 mins.
