MOA-Binds to Ergosterol and forms pores
Route=IV only
Indications=Candida, Aspergillus, cryptococcus etc.
A/E= Nephrotoxicity, Hypokalaemia and Hypomagnesaemia
D/I= Aminoglycosides, Digoxin, Diuretics.
