Patient must be treated symptomatically must be cooling measures such as cold packs removing blankets chlorpromazine for the fever and dantrolene

altered mental status, agitation, myoclonus, shivering, hyperreflexia or shakiness, ataxia or can't walk well, diaphoresis, hyperpyrexia, labile BP

Dizziness, pins and needles, zappers, and flu-like symptoms

Nausea and vomiting, sleep disturbance, GI upset, sexual dysfunction, weight gain, agitation and diaphoresis
