Action: helps prevent clots or any other clots from forming
PO: 1mg, 2mg, 2.5mg, 3mg, 4mg, 5mg, 6mg, 7.5mg, 10mg
Adverse reactions: coughing up blood, dizziness, weakness, severe headache
Nursing considerations: evaluate patients regularly for blood loss
