Resus: ABC Hyperthermia Hypoglycaemia Sz Risk assess: onset within few hours last upto 5 days Supportive: -quiet well lit area -reassurance -IV fluids: dehydrated -IDC- urinary retention -Agitation: diazepam/ beware over sedation - one-one nursing - avoid anticholinergic drugs
