 Review after 3 days/ Pain Persists

Severe pain in fracture shaft of femur

1. Tab. MORPHINE SULPHATE 15mg per oral after food every 4 hours as needed for
pain, then adjust accordingly
2. Inj. ONDANSETRON 4mg Intravenously two times a day for 2 days
ADVICE:
 Fracture reduction and Immobilizatio

Severe post operative pain

1.Inj. TRAMADOL 50mg IM four times daily for 2 days
2.Inj. ONDANSETRON 4mg Intravenously two times a day for 2 days
