What dosage of anti-D when cell salvage blood returned?
A
1500iu
And re-test maternal blood 30-45mins after infusion

When is follow up after anti-D required?
A
When FMH is >4ml, follow up blood test needed 48h post IV anti-D and 72h post IM anti-D to see if further anti-D required

What should you do if there’s continual uterine bleeding (and other conditions excluded)?
A
Anti- D Ig should be given every 6 weeks and blood tests for FMH every 2 weeks
