Oral or IV or IM breast, ALL Immunosuppressant to treat RT + SLE N/V, diarrhea, BM suppression CI pregnancy
5- fluorouracil
IV in combo w MTx
Colorectal cancer, breast, and others
BM depression and neurotoxicity
6-Mercaptopurine
AML
IMS to treat Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis
Oral mucositis and diarrhea
Vincristine
IV in combo w prednisone remission in children w leukemia
+ neurotoxicity
-BM depression
CI fatal if administered intrathecally
Bin last one
IV in combo w cisplastin to treat lung cancer
+ BM depression
- neurotoxicity
CI fatal intrathecally
Paclitaxel
IV infusion
For metastatic ovarian, breast, lung and neck cancer
Also as anti proliferative agent to prevent re stenosis in CA stents
Hypersensitivity
Bleomycin

Hodgkin’s lymphoma and testicular cancer + bladder
Server skin hyper keratosis and pulmonary toxicity
Less IMS = and w cytotoxic drugs
Doxorubicin
Breast, pancreas, bladder and prostate cancer
Hodge Kim’s and non Hodgkin’s lymphoma
Acute toxicity: N and red urine
Delay toxicity: cardio toxicity CHF (leg swelling and orthopnea)
