Coracobrachialis
Origin: coracoid process
Insertion: middle 1/3 of medial surface of humerus
Innervation: musculocutaneous nerve
Blood Supply: brachial artery
Action: flexes arm and adducts arm
Biceps Brachii
Origin: long head - supraglenoid tubercle of scapula, short head - coracoid process
Insertion: radial tuberosity of radius and bicipital aponeurosis
Innervation: Musculocutaneous nerve
Blood Supply: brachial artery
Action: flexes forearm at elbow and supinates forearm at elbow
Brachialis
Origin: distal 1/2 of anterior surface of humerus
Insertion: coronoid process and tuberosity of ulna
Innervation: musculocutaneous nerve and radial nerve
Blood Supply: brachial artery and radial recurrent artery
Action: flexes forearm at elbow
