Origin: coracoid process

Insertion: middle 1/3 of medial surface of humerus

Innervation: musculocutaneous nerve

Blood Supply: brachial artery

Action: flexes arm and adducts arm

A

Origin: long head - supraglenoid tubercle of scapula, short head - coracoid process

Insertion: radial tuberosity of radius and bicipital aponeurosis

Innervation: Musculocutaneous nerve

Blood Supply: brachial artery

Action: flexes forearm at elbow and supinates forearm at elbow

Insertion: coronoid process and tuberosity of ulna

Innervation: musculocutaneous nerve and radial nerve
